Through an interactive process, a personal financial/investment plan is developed and implemented. We then regularly monitor and review the progress made in meeting our clients' goals. Investment Advisory Fees Fees are based upon a percentage of the assets we manage. Any additional compensation received by us, including 12b-1 fees, reduces the fees that are charged to our clients. This fee reduction is part of our effort to maintain objectivity in our recommendations. Our goal is to ensure that our recommendations are not influenced by compensation incentives.Fee Schedule (for new advisory-fee clients after December 31, 2007):0.75% on the first $1,000,000 of assets under management0.55% on assets between $1,000,001 & $2,000,0000.35% on assets in excess of $2,000,000Minimum Assets Required:$1,000,000 -- Accounts below the minimum can be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a negotiated fee. Disclosure We are compensated by a quarterly advisory fee and commissions/12b-1 fees (if any) and bill our clients in arrears. At the client’s request, we will recalculate the fee and execute another Investment Advisory Agreement as often as annually. We warrant that fees will not exceed the limits set forth in the Form ADV of Institutional Securities Corp.
